We recognize that life doesn't always go according to plan. That's why we've established guidelines for handling unique situations that may arise during your learning journey.
- Medical emergencies requiring hospitalization or extended treatment qualify for special consideration
- Job loss or significant financial hardship may warrant partial refunds on case-by-case basis
- Military deployment or relocation outside South Africa eligible for course transfer or refund
- Technical platform failures preventing access for more than 72 hours trigger automatic refund eligibility
- Course content significantly different from advertised description qualifies for full refund

Non-Refundable Items

Important Exceptions
Certification fees, printed materials, and completed courses with over 80% progress are generally non-refundable.
- Downloaded course materials and completed modules cannot be returned
- One-on-one mentoring sessions already conducted are non-refundable
- Third-party certification exam fees paid directly to testing organizations
- Courses completed beyond 30 days with certificate issuance
- Administrative and processing fees for international payment methods
Payment Method Considerations
The speed and method of your refund depends largely on how you originally paid for your course. We work with various payment processors and financial institutions to ensure smooth refund processing.
Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-7 business days but may take up to 2 billing cycles depending on your bank's processing schedule. Bank transfers and EFT payments usually process within 5-10 business days to South African accounts.
For international students, currency conversion rates at the time of refund processing apply, and additional banking fees may be deducted by your financial institution. We recommend checking with your bank about international refund processing times and potential fees.
